Revelry's Commit to Fit Policy

Revelry’s Commit to Fit policy applies only to made-to-order items purchased after participating in our Home Try-On program.


To qualify:

- You must have completed a Home Try-On for the same style and fabric prior to purchasing your made-to-order garment.

- The made-to-order item must be purchased within 4 months of your Home Try-On order.

- In the event of a fit concern, you will be asked to provide your Home Try-On order number, photos, and measurements of the made-to-order garment.


If eligible, Revelry will aim to replace the made-to-order garment in the same style and fabric but a different size at no additional cost, provided your event timeline allows. Because all garments are made-to-order, replacements may take up to 6 weeks. If a customer’s timeline does not allow for a full remake, Revelry may instead offer a similar style or color. Additional resolutions may be provided when appropriate.

Complete the request form below within 5 business days of delivery of your made-to-order garment. All tags must be attached, and the item must be unworn and unaltered. A prepaid return label and instructions will be provided.

Definition of a Fit Concern: A fit concern occurs when the Home Try-On dress fits well and informs your chosen size, but the made-to-order version does not fit similarly.

Not Covered: Voluntary or preference-based alterations—such as hemming, strap adjustments, or routine waist adjustments—are not included in this policy.
